You Can Renew Your Smart Talk Subscription Online Right Now! All you need is your Account number and a valid email address:
1. Log in to your account. (Your Account ID is listed in the top right corner of your mailed renewal form.)
If you have logged into your account before, and know your password, you’re all set.
If you have not logged in before – or if you’ve forgotten your password – just enter your account number and click the “Forgot Your Password?” link and the system will email your password to you.
2. Once you’ve entered your account number and password, your renewal invoice will be displayed. Simply click the “continue” button.
The next screen lists a detailed accounting of your renewal for your inspection and a list of questions concerning your renewal: whether you are renewing or not, a check box to indicate acknowledgement of payment terms and two optional questions concerning a desire to add or drop seats from your current renewal.
Once you have reviewed your detailed account and answered the questions, click “continue” to move on to the payment page.
